Electro crafts functional electrolyte gum designed for athletes seeking performance and recovery without sugar crash. This internship supports the expansion of partnerships with athletes, creators, and affiliates. This role is vital for scaling a modern DTC brand through ambassador and creator programs.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruit: Recruit new affiliates into our ambassador program and guide them through onboarding.
• Represent: Represent the brand voice with energy, positivity, and care in every message.
• Onboard: Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program efficiently.
• Resolve: Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using internal playbooks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
• Experience: Active on TikTok and Instagram with a sense for successful creators; bonus for influencer or affiliate program experience.
• Skills: Strong written English and communication skills; comfortable doing cold outreach.
