Job Description: Undergraduate Supply Chain Internship (January 2025 – December 2025)

This 12-month internship offers opportunities to work on projects with significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business. Interns will be matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs.

Responsibilities may include:

• Partnering with leadership to identify and address areas for efficiency improvement and benchmarking against industry best practices.
• Becoming a process owner, critically reviewing processes, and proactively recommending improvements.
• Accurately using highly specialized equipment and instrumentation with limited supervision.
• Developing tools and models to improve tracking and efficiency.
• Learning continuous improvement methodologies (PPI, Six Sigma, etc.) and promoting improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with various functions (program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and finance) to achieve business objectives.

Work Environment:

First shift (days) with some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, earplugs, etc.).

Compensation & Relocation:

The hourly rate is between $22.00 and $29.25, depending on location and cost of living. A $5,000 relocation stipend is offered if the student lives 50+ miles from the internship location.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate student completing a Supply Chain or Engineering-related degree between December 2025 and June 2026.
• 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
• Consistent track record demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Ability to champion change, achieve results, and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship (F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT visas are not accepted for this position).
