• Team: International Trade Compliance team
• Mission: Assist the International Trade Compliance team in day-to-day activities, including analyzing, investigating, and resolving problems related to trade compliance.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Participate in routine and non-routine tasks within the International Trade Compliance team.
• Assist: Assist in applying knowledge to analyze, investigate, and resolve problems related to trade compliance.
• Develop: Develop electronic and hard copy reports, records, diagrams, and charts.
• Observe: Observe all applicable laws, regulations, and company obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted.
• Work: Work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate student with a field of study in International Relations, International Affairs, Global Affairs, International Business, Engineering, or Pre-Law.
• Experience: Under general supervision, this role involves participation in the day-to-day activities of the assigned functional area, assisting in the completion of various tasks. It requires the ability to apply knowledge to analyze, investigate, and resolve problems related to trade compliance.
• Skills: Core skills include the development of electronic and hard copy reports, records, diagrams, and charts. The intern must also demonstrate the ability to observe and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company obligations, and work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
