This is an undergraduate program with an in-person work location in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, designed for early talent. • Mission: Provide specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area, implement policies, processes, and initiatives to meet business management, strategy, and governance objectives, and may provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guidance & Support: Provide specialized business management-related advice and support to management, leadership, and respective teams for specific areas, drawing on industry, external, internal, enterprise, and business awareness to understand trends, identify issues and opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Strategic Implementation: Lead the implementation of various initiatives directly supporting the overall business or functional strategy, managing a set of work activities that require coordination across multiple internal areas.
• Policy & Process Management: Support and manage the integrated implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and changes across multiple functional areas, ensuring alignment with defined objectives.
• Reporting & Analysis: Develop and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at both the functional and enterprise levels, contributing to identifying variances and analyzing initiatives.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Act independently as an analyst and subject matter expert within a given area, overseeing and performing tasks from end to end, and potentially coaching or educating other team members.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An undergraduate degree is a fundamental requirement for this entry-level program within TD’s Early Talent initiatives.
• Experience: Applicants must possess current or prior internship experience with TD and must be work authorized in the United States on a permanent basis without requiring employer sponsorship.
• Skills: Demonstrated capability to work independently as a subject matter expert, providing specialized business management guidance and support, along with the ability to conduct complex reporting, analysis, and assessments.
• Bonus: Candidates with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 are preferred for this program.
