What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Preparation: Prepare and format various documents and reports using MS Word and Excel.
• Data Entry: Input information accurately into systems, utilizing basic typing skills efficiently.
• Team Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Task Management: Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to support the accounting team’s workflow.
• General Support: Assist the accounting team with daily operational duties and special projects as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance as a rising Junior or Senior.
• Experience: Basic proficiency in using MS Word and Excel, along with basic typing skills.
• Skills: Basic MS Word proficiency, Basic Excel proficiency, Typing speed of 40 Words Per Minute, Strong communication abilities, Excellent organizational capabilities, Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
