Fall 2026 Intern – Treasury | Frontier Airlines
The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Frontier Airlines, located in Denver, CO. This role is an integral part of Frontier’s success within the corporate finance area, offering high visibility to management and supporting key treasury functions that ensure the company’s efficient operation and financial stability.

• Mission: Assist the Treasury department with various projects and tasks related to corporate finance, cash management, and risk.
• Tech Stack: Excel, macros
What You’ll Actually Do
• Cash Management: Prepare cash forecasts and daily cash summaries.
• Transaction Processing: Perform daily cash duties, including processing payments, recording receipts, and reconciling daily cash positions.
• Corporate Support: Assist with fleet finance and administration, as well as corporate insurance matters.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and reporting related to corporate finance and borrowing activities, including scenario analysis.
• Risk & Operations: Support risk management and financial markets initiatives, including fuel administration and operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be enrolled in an accredited university with 3+ years of relevant undergraduate-level coursework completed or currently enrolled in a graduate program. Relevant coursework includes finance, accounting, business administration, economics, mathematics, and other quantitative disciplines.
• Experience: Demonstrated understanding of economic, financial, and accounting concepts. Familiarity with Excel, macros, and other software used for data mining and analysis.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, superior analytical skills, ability to structure logical analytical approaches, and ability to work self-sufficiently to solve analytical challenges.
• Bonus: An interest in finance, accounting, capital markets (including fuel markets), and/or treasury management. An interest in aviation is a plus.
