The Transportation Technology Integration Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering on Pyle’s promise of outstanding service by configuring systems for dedicated accounts, analyzing customer needs, and partnering with various internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and continuous account maintenance.

• Mission: Responsible for configuring systems for new and existing dedicated accounts, as well as analyzing and responding to customer needs and priorities to deliver integrated supply chain solutions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Onboarding: Work closely with Operations and customers to successfully onboard new customers and maintain existing business accounts.
• System Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance with system-related questions and concerns.
• Workforce Training: Provide hands-on training directly to the workforce for system usage and related processes.
• Process Improvement: Review, develop, and analyze existing system processes, then offer actionable suggestions for improvement.
• Ad Hoc Analytics: Perform ad hoc projects and analytics as required by Operations leadership to support decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is designated as an entry-level position within the organization.
• Experience: The role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking, and customer-focused environment, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency while working effectively under pressure to meet customer and operational demands.
• Skills: Essential skills include strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal capabilities, superior verbal and written communication, and strong organizational skills for managing tasks and information efficiently.
