Transformation Office Internship | Bradesco Bank
The Tone:
This is an internship at Bradesco Bank, located in Coral Gables, FL. Bradesco Bank is undergoing a significant global enterprise transformation, a strategic initiative launched by its parent company in Brazil and now deployed across its international operations, including the United States. This transformation adheres to the McKinsey operating model, with its execution and progress closely supported by McKinsey in collaboration with Bradesco Bank’s senior leadership. As a Transformation Office Intern, you will directly contribute to this strategic journey, working closely with senior transformation leaders on initiatives that will shape the future direction of the bank. This position provides unparalleled exposure to business case development, data modeling, portfolio management, and executive decision-making, offering a foundational experience akin to early-career roles in leading consulting and strategy teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze Initiatives: Support the development of comprehensive business cases, detailed financial models, and data-driven analyses crucial for assessing strategic initiatives and informing investment decisions.
• Model Scenarios: Assist in accurately modeling various scenarios, financial impacts, and potential value creation opportunities across all ongoing transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate Governance: Coordinate and provide essential support for the Transformation Office’s governance framework, encompassing cadence meetings, workstream check-ins, and executive reviews to ensure smooth operations.
• Craft Communications: Prepare clear, structured, and executive-level materials and presentations designed for consumption by senior leadership, effectively communicating key insights and progress.
• Monitor Progress: Track the progress of initiatives, proactively identify potential risks, variances from plans, and interdependencies, while also supporting the development and execution of mitigation actions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Experience: Coursework or direct experience in corporate finance, analytics, strategy, or consulting is preferred.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data manipulation; strong PowerPoint skills for creating structured, executive-ready presentations; and robust analytical and critical-thinking capabilities with strong attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, basic knowledge of Python or other analytical tools, familiarity with project or portfolio management tools like Jira or Confluence, and an interest in banking, financial services, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
