• Mission: To assist in optimizing tax strategies, minimizing risks, and seizing opportunities to drive compliance and maximize the bottom line for multinational companies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Supporting teams in navigating the complexities of global tax landscapes.
• Participate: Participating in projects focused on optimizing tax strategies and minimizing risks.
• Research: Engaging in research and analysis of transfer pricing regulations to drive compliance.
• Collaborate: Collaborating with the Japanese Business Network to foster cultural understanding and market insight.
• Contribute: Contributing to the development of intercompany pricing strategies aligned with value creation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level candidates currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance, typically in their third year of a four-year program or fourth year of a five-year program.
• Experience: A minimum 3.0 overall GPA and demonstrated business-level fluency in Japanese and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Skills: Ability to conduct research and analyze facts to discern patterns, apply a learning mindset to gain exposure to professional practices, and contribute reliably to team success.
• Bonus: Preference for a 3.5 overall GPA, experience leveraging AI to create efficiencies and innovate, and an appreciation for diverse perspectives and cultural understanding.
