Job Description

About the Role
This internship is ideal for a current college student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in employee training and development—particularly in supporting learning programs, facilitating professional growth, and helping teams build the skills they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do
• Partner with the Director of Training & Development on ongoing learning initiatives and projects
• Support the organization and maintenance of learning content, systems and documentation
• Assist with recruitment tasks including interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Provide general administrative support across the HR function

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Are a current college sophomore, junior, senior, or recent grad
• Have strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have interest in Learning & Development, instructional design, or organizational development
• Have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Have high attention to detail, especially in content creation and data tracking
• Have a proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for helping others learn and grow
• Are comfortable with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and learning platforms (or willingness to learn)

Role Highlights & Compensation
• Located in Naperville, IL
• Pays $17.00/hourly
• Schedule: 24 hours/week (Tuesday – Thursday)
• Program runs from June 9 – August 13, 2026
