Job Description:
Noblis is seeking a highly motivated Training Developer to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Airports (ARP). This role involves collaborating with FAA ARP personnel, regional offices, and stakeholders to develop technical training materials across airport-related functions, including:
• Planning
• Environmental analysis
• Construction oversight
• Airport funding mechanisms under the Airport Improvement Program (AIP).
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting informational interviews with stakeholders to assess training needs.
• Identifying performance gaps and determining required knowledge, skills, and abilities for training audiences.
• Defining and preparing training/course delivery plans based on FAA Technical Directions.
• Developing comprehensive course structures and outlines.
• Drafting training materials for all training modules.
• Collecting feedback on training course delivery and content.
