Trade Marketing Intern | Phusion Projects

The Tone:
This is a hybrid internship at Phusion Projects, an alcoholic beverage company established in 2005. With a global presence in over 40 countries and a portfolio including brands like Four Loko and Mamitas, Phusion is known for its focus on innovation and pushing boundaries in flavor and brand experience. This role supports the execution of trade marketing programs and sales communication across the company’s diverse brand portfolio, directly contributing to promotional efforts and market presence. The intern will manage logistics and creative projects, playing a key part in bringing brand initiatives to life.

What You’ll Actually Do
Program Support: Assist in the development and execution of quarterly trade programs across all brands and product lines.
Marketing Asset Management: Support the creation, design, production, and order fulfillment of point-of-sale materials, displays, promotional assets, and sales collateral.
Inventory & Logistics: Track and manage inventory for POS materials, apparel, and merchandise across multiple partners and warehouses, including picking, packing, and sending out marketing materials.
Sales & Field Engagement: Support field marketing initiatives like sampling programs and events, visit retail accounts to evaluate merchandising, and address sales team customer support requests.
Content & Research: Develop and deliver the Sales Communication Digital Newsletter, maintain online graphic asset repositories, and research market trends and competitive activity.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Demonstrates an interest in consumer packaged goods or brand marketing.
• Experience: Proven ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects effectively, and demonstrated capability to work with minimal supervision.
• Bonus: Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
