This role supports the CMN touring department, directly assisting with current and upcoming tours to ensure smooth operations and successful campaigns, contributing to AEG’s mission of creating unforgettable moments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Review: Precisely examine artwork and promotional spots to ensure accuracy and brand consistency across all materials.
• Report: Generate and analyze sales reports for recently announced tours and prepare daily ticket sale reports to track performance and identify trends.
• Organize: Manage and maintain the departmental calendar, scheduling key activities, deadlines, and assisting with media artwork asset distribution.
• Coordinate: Request venue availabilities for potential tour dates and create detailed routings for upcoming tours to optimize logistics.
• Support: Forecast and request new graphics for artists and campaigns, organize and maintain “BlueBooks,” and provide general administrative assistance to the touring department.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications, Media, Advertisement, or a related field, indicating an early career level.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, alongside a basic understanding of budgeting principles and advertisement strategies.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to execute projects accurately and on time, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and strong decision-making capabilities.
• Skills: Bilingual verbal and written Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure both independently and collaboratively.
