• Team: Part of a theatre operations team, reporting to leadership.
• Mission: To ensure an excellent and enjoyable movie-going experience for all guests through service and facility maintenance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Relations: Greet and provide assistance to guests throughout the entire facility.
• Access Control: Issue tickets, direct guests, and manage access to auditoriums and other areas.
• Concessions Sales: Sell food and beverage items, offering product information and suggestions to maximize value.
• Facility Readiness: Ensure auditoriums, seating, lobbies, hallways, and restrooms are clean and prepared for all showtimes.
• Safety & Accessibility: Maintain a safe and accessible environment for every guest and associate.

The Must-Haves
• Background: No specific educational background required. Early Career level.
• Experience: Demonstrated positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills in a work environment. Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, team-focused settings.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, ability to work in high-volume settings, ability to work in fast-paced environments, team collaboration.
