Test Center Administrator | PSI Services LLC

The Tone:
This is a part-time Test Center Administrator role at PSI Services LLC, located in San Diego, CA. PSI is a global leader in testing solutions, dedicated to helping people achieve their goals through fair and secure assessments. The company provides license and certification exams for state and federal agencies, as well as assessments for public and private companies, focusing on creating a positive testing experience. In this role, you will be critical to maintaining exam integrity and delivering a smooth, professional experience for every test taker, directly empowering candidates to succeed.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Candidate Experience: Welcome test takers and clearly explain all necessary testing procedures.
• Security & Compliance: Verify test taker IDs and strictly enforce exam security protocols.
• Operational Support: Set up individual workstations and troubleshoot any technical issues by collaborating with internal teams, such as IT.
• Exam Supervision: Supervise ongoing exams to ensure test takers comply with all PSI policies and maintain a calm testing environment.
• Center Maintenance: Perform all required opening and closing procedures for the test center, including light housekeeping duties like sanitizing workstations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and US citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required. Customer service experience is preferred, and training for the role will be provided.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to remain calm under pressure, basic computer proficiency, and a firm commitment to exam security and compliance.
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Office.
