Territory Sales Specialist | Corza Medical

The Tone:
This is a full-time Territory Sales Specialist role at Corza Medical, available across various US territories including Cleveland, Detroit, Houston, Milwaukee, Oklahoma City, and St. Louis, with up to 30% travel within the assigned region. Corza Medical supports surgical providers by offering reliable products and remarkable service designed to save time, money, and effort. This role is an opportunity to launch a medical device sales career, building expertise and relationships while driving growth within non-acute markets for a leading wound closure portfolio.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Territory Management: Manage a defined non-acute territory to meet or exceed sales goals for Corza Medical’s Wound Closure and surgical product portfolio.
• Opportunity Conversion: Identify and convert new customer opportunities through prospecting, product presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and procurement/purchasing teams.
• Product Education: Conduct in-services, product demonstrations, and staff education sessions to support product utilization.
• Strategy Development: Develop account strategies that increase product adoption and market share within the assigned territory.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. Early career level with a demonstrated interest in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Experience: 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience in B2B, healthcare, or related fields.
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and effective at managing time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.com.
• Bonus: Previous internship or entry-level exposure to the medical device or healthcare industry.
