What You’ll Actually Do

Tenant Communications: Handle tenant correspondence, email communications, and follow-up on administrative items such as work permit applications and tenancy documentation.
Casual Leasing Management: Assist the Event & Casual Leasing team in sourcing, coordinating, and facilitating the booking process for short-term tenants, promotional spaces, and advertising media.
Site Compliance: Conduct site inspections of tenant units and promotional areas to ensure adherence to mall guidelines and operational requirements.
Event Logistics: Coordinate with internal departments and external tenants to facilitate smooth event setup, operation, and dismantling.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or other related fields.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. No specific years of experience are required for this entry-level internship.
