What You’ll Actually Do
• Calendar Management: Manage executive and team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
• Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, and meeting summaries.
• Project Coordination: Support international and cross-functional projects by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison across departments and global teams to support communication and alignment.
• General Support: Provide general administrative assistance and support special projects as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Mid Career. This role requires 2+ years of administrative support and/or project coordination experience.
• Experience: Proven experience supporting multiple leaders with calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail; highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bonus: Experience with SharePoint, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
