United Community is actively seeking a Teller I to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will engage in a wide array of financial transactions and provide comprehensive services for our valued customers. We are looking for a candidate who is deeply committed to delivering exceptional assistance, whether it’s answering questions, addressing specific banking needs, or proactively identifying opportunities to introduce new or enhanced UCB products and services.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing for all customer interactions.
- Safeguard both bank and customer assets by rigorously adhering to all established procedures and banking regulations.
- Process a wide range of customer transactions both accurately and efficiently.
- Actively identify customer needs and effectively refer them to appropriate banking services and products.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, fostering strong relationships.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer with precision and accountability.
- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations and security procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a cash handling and/or customer service role.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills are essential for effective customer and team interactions.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and a credit check.

Salary Range
USD $29,309.00 – USD $39,068.00 /Year
