What You’ll Actually Do
• Transactions: Process a variety of teller transactions with precision, ensuring all financial activities are recorded correctly and efficiently.
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous and accurate records for all member interactions and financial transactions within the designated systems.
• Resolution: Investigate and effectively resolve member inquiries and concerns, providing clear and helpful solutions to ensure member satisfaction.
• Sales: Proactively identify member needs and effectively present relevant credit union products and services to support their financial goals.
• System Utilization: Operate the credit union’s software system with proficiency to execute member transactions and manage account information effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess fundamental understanding of financial transactions and cash management, gained through previous experience.
• Experience: Demonstrated prior experience in a role requiring precise cash handling and meticulous financial record-keeping, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
• Skills: A strong desire to deliver outstanding service to members, fostering positive and trusting relationships.
• Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and discuss various credit union products and services with members.
