What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirement Gathering: Conduct discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and accurately convert them into technical requirements aligned with project objectives.
• Feasibility Analysis: Assist in analyzing feasibility by reviewing functional documents, identifying preliminary constraints, and preparing impact summaries for potential system changes.
• Solution Design: Contribute to the overall solution design process by identifying specific customization requirements across multiple system modules, linking functional needs to precise technical requirements.
• Configuration and Customisation: Execute all necessary customizations and apply critical configuration changes across various modules within the existing system to effectively support the implementation of business processes.
• Technology Harmonisation: Participate actively in designing integrations for multiple system modules and thoroughly assess the data flow and interdependencies between various applications.
• Troubleshooting and optimisation: Analyze and diagnose performance issues, then optimize configurations, queries, or integrations across a multitude of applications to ensure efficient system operation.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation, including comprehensive design documents and clear process documents for implemented solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Career level: Mid-Senior (L2 Consultant). Possesses core domain knowledge in techno-functional consulting, enabling support for digital transformation initiatives and business process implementations within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience: 8-10 Years of professional experience, with specific expertise in Oracle SCM Order Management Cloud.
• Skills: Oracle SCM Order Management Cloud, Requirement Gathering, Feasibility Analysis, Solution Design, Configuration and Customisation, Technology Harmonisation, Troubleshooting and Optimization, and Documentation.
