The Tone:

This role is crucial for delivering immediate, tangible support to those affected, directly contributing to their recovery and enabling normal operations to resume.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Mitigation Execution: Assist with various mitigation efforts, including water, fire, and mold damage, as well as light demolition tasks and equipment setup.
• Vehicle Management: Ensure company vehicles are consistently clean, well-stocked, and ready for immediate response for urgent deployments.
• Safety Assurance: Strictly follow all safety protocols and established industry standards to maintain a safe working environment at all job sites.
• Project Documentation & Tracking: Support comprehensive project documentation, including taking photos, compiling daily reports, tracking expenses, managing time, and completing necessary work orders.
• Physical Labor & Support: Perform physical labor such as debris removal and careful material handling, while providing flexible support across various First Onsite service lines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Must be able to obtain Water Mitigation Certification within one year of employment.
• Skills: Possess a valid driver’s license, demonstrate basic computer skills, and capability for physically demanding tasks.
• Bonus: Prior restoration experience is preferred.
