• Mission: To lead the design, implementation, and management of HashiCorp enterprise solutions for clients, guiding them through cloud transformation and enabling developer velocity.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Leadership: Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of HashiCorp enterprise solutions for customer accounts.
• Technical Execution: Execute meticulous technical customer solution plans designed by the Resident Solutions Architect (RSA).
• Content Creation: Create essential support documentation, robust automation scripts, and comprehensive runbooks for HashiCorp enterprise solutions.
• Integration Guidance: Consult with application, platform, and operations teams, guiding effective integration strategies with HashiCorp tools.
• Customer Enablement: Educate and advise customer users on how HashiCorp tools enable and simplify Cloud Operating Model adoption during their cloud transformation journey.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, version control solutions, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. Familiarity with common security and compliance requirements.
• Experience: Proven experience operating both Linux and Windows systems. Exposure to and understanding of at least one public cloud service provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and its most common services.
• Skills: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in group environments. Capability to work independently, take initiative, and execute tasks based on a provided roadmap. Skill in explaining complex technical topics clearly and concisely.
