Job Description:
Title: Team Trainer
Role: The Team Trainer is responsible for facilitating full-day, in-person training sessions for law firm teams across the country. The primary goal is to align teams, unlock growth, and deliver breakthroughs, helping them overcome challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Traveling to 8 to 10 different cities every month to lead high-impact trainings.
• Facilitating full-day, in-person sessions to challenge perspectives, align teams, and create clarity.
• Working with invested teams to help them achieve the next level of growth.
• Leading meaningful conversations with all team members, including executive leadership, to foster breakthroughs.
• Selling future trainings by identifying needs and recommending solutions that align with client goals.
• Debriefing with firm owners and leadership teams to provide insights and recommend next steps.
• Learning and getting certified in new training curricula.
• Documenting session insights and takeaways for internal teams to support client success.
• Delivering consistently high-quality training sessions in every location.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in a Learning & Development, facilitation, or professional training role with a proven track record of leading impactful, in-person sessions.
• Experience leading trainings or workshops for full teams, including executive leadership teams.
• Experience working in corporate or professional environments.
• Ability to travel to 8–10 cities per month.
• Confident, engaging presence with the ability to facilitate meaningful conversations.
• Comfort navigating strong personalities and managing group dynamics.
• Ability to confidently sell additional trainings by identifying client needs.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prepare for and lead full-day trainings solo.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
