This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the store, maintaining product quality, and providing excellent customer experiences through efficient order processing, product preparation, and delivery.

The TL;DR

• Mission: Ensure efficient store operations, product preparation, accurate order fulfillment, and facility cleanliness to support customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Operate all necessary equipment within the store to facilitate product creation and service.
• Inventory Management: Stock and rotate ingredients from initial delivery to storage areas, work stations, and the walk-in cooler.
• Product Preparation: Prepare various food products according to company standards and customer orders.
• Order Processing: Receive and accurately process customer orders placed both over the telephone and through internet platforms.
• Maintenance: Count inventory, complete required paperwork, and ensure the cleanliness of equipment and the entire facility.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers.
• Experience: Participation in on-the-job training encompassing customer service orientation, interactive computer program usage, and hands-on operational practice. Demonstrated ability to safely drive one’s own vehicle, navigate roads and maps, and traverse adverse terrain or stairs at delivery sites while carrying products.
• Skills: Accurate arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for correct monetary change; strong customer service and communication; safe vehicle operation and route navigation.
