The successful completion of this program directly leads to an interview for or placement as a Team Leader within the organization.

• Team: Works within a retail team, supported by a mentor and trainer, reporting to management.
• Mission: Develop into a Team Leader by gaining a deep understanding of the company’s values, business measures, standards, and operations within a retail setting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Employee Development: Manage employee performance by providing necessary resources, training, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Customer & Employee Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both external customers and internal employees.
• Operational Problem Solving: Help to resolve operational challenges while maintaining open two-way communication with managers.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure the efficient operation of your team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level management trainee with experience in customer service, preferably within food service, grocery, or retail settings.
• Experience: Demonstrated customer service experience in a relevant setting and proficiency in computer skills.
• Skills: Customer service, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and computer proficiency.
• Bonus: Experience leading a team.
