• Team: Leads a team of logistics personnel and reports to the HUB Leader.
• Mission: To ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality last-mile logistics operations through effective team leadership and process optimization.
• Tech Stack: Logistics management systems, package tracking tools, Excel, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the team’s daily activities, monitor workflow, and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with company procedures and meet productivity and quality objectives.
• Personnel Management: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, provide continuous feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and offer ongoing support and training to new employees.
• Quality Control & Issue Resolution: Implement and oversee quality controls to ensure packages are handled correctly, minimize errors, and quickly and efficiently identify and resolve operational issues.
• Process Optimization & Collaboration: Collaborate with the HUB Leader to identify opportunities for improving operational processes, implement enhancements, and coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety policies and guarantee that all operational procedures comply with relevant regulations and established company standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with a high school diploma required; a technical or university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably within the last-mile sector, along with previous experience in supervisory or team leadership roles.
• Skills: Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, results-oriented with the capacity to work under pressure, and hands-on knowledge of logistics management systems, package tracking tools, Excel, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Bonus: A technical or university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, and bilingual skills are desirable.
