• Mission: Owns the accurate preparation of business, financial statement-related, and individual tax returns, alongside performing light tax research.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Projects: Complete diverse tax preparation projects under the direct supervision of a superior.
• Preparation: Prepare business, personal, and financial statement-related income tax returns.
• Research: Conduct light tax research projects covering areas such as payroll and sales tax.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather necessary information or clarify issues.
• Certification: Actively pursue CPA certification as a professional development goal.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or another relevant field is required.
• Experience: Entry-level proficiency with computers and basic software applications. Proven ability to work overtime periodically, mainly between mid-January and mid-April.
• Skills: Possess above-average written and verbal communication skills; capable of performing effectively under time pressure and meeting deadlines.
