• Mission: Support a variety of tax engagements, helping clients navigate complex tax regulations.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Accurately prepare Fiduciary (1041) and Individual (1040) tax returns, ensuring compliance.
• Support: Assist with extensions and provide support for various tax engagements.
• Organize: Gather, verify, and organize client financial data for tax preparation purposes.
• Apply: Learn and apply relevant Internal Revenue Service (IRS) codes and regulations to tax work.
• Collaborate: Work with team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level; enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a basic understanding of accounting principles and completed coursework in Financial and Managerial Accounting.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required; availability to work full-time (40-55 hours per week), including potential overtime during tax season.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); a GPA of 3.0 or above.
