What You’ll Actually Do
Transaction Analysis: Analyze and address tax issues that arise during mergers, acquisitions, and various other significant business transactions.
Tax Research: Conduct in-depth research on complex tax issues and draft clear, comprehensive technical memorandums.
International Tax Support: Assist with international tax structuring and resolve operational concerns for clients with global operations.
Compliance & Client Engagement: Prepare accurate tax returns and actively participate as a key member of client engagement teams.
Knowledge Development: Support National Tax Office functions by writing tax alerts on current developments and assisting with internal tax education initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional holding a Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, OR a Master’s degree in accounting or tax. Candidates must demonstrate a strong interest in tax law, evidenced by completed or planned tax courses before graduation.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required, but candidates must be actively pursuing an LLM, JD, or CPA license. A minimum major GPA of 3.0 is also required.
• Skills: Possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of leadership within a team setting.
