This is a 12-month Rotational Associates Program with an investment and technology organisation, facilitated by Referment. The program is designed for intellectually curious graduates and early-career professionals from diverse backgrounds. This role is crucial for contributing to analytical and strategic work across various departments, helping the organization invest and operate effectively while developing core professional skills.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Complete three departmental rotations over 12 months, contributing to substantive projects in each area.
• Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities using structured quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Strategic Research: Research industries, companies, and emerging technologies to support investment or strategic decisions.
• Business Development: Assess potential new business opportunities and present evidence-based recommendations.
• Skill Development: Build practical capability in financial modelling, project management, and research.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from varied academic and professional backgrounds on diverse projects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree or higher in any academic discipline; suitable for a high-performing graduate or early-career professional.
• Experience: No prior finance knowledge or professional finance experience is required.
• Skills: Excellent critical-thinking skills and a highly analytical approach; intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a genuine interest in finance; ability to research complex subjects, form sound judgements, and communicate recommendations clearly; a strong appetite for learning and work outside your existing expertise.
