What You’ll Actually Do
• Service: Provide client service to a diverse client base across various industries.
• Development: Engage in extensive internal and external training opportunities to develop professional skills.
• Relationships: Build and foster relationships with both clients and internal team members.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within a team structure while also demonstrating independent work capabilities.
• Management: Manage tasks and responsibilities efficiently within a deadline-driven environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a similar discipline, indicating an entry-level career stage.
• Experience: Must be graduate/CPA eligible between December 2025 and August 2026.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team; independent self-starter; ability to work in a deadline-driven environment; proficient in MS Office technology suite.
• Bonus: Preferred GPA of 3.25 or higher; strong interest in a career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
