What You’ll Actually Do
• U.S. Federal Tax: Assist with the preparation of U.S. federal income tax returns and their supporting calculations.
• State Tax Compliance: Support the preparation and compliance activities for U.S. state income tax returns.
• Estimated Payments: Prepare information necessary for quarterly estimated tax payments and extensions.
• Global Reporting: Assist with annual information reporting requirements for non-U.S. subsidiaries, including Forms 5471 and 8858.
• Sales & Use Tax: Support the monthly compliance requirements for sales and use tax.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in tax, accounting, or a related function, with specific experience supporting tax compliance, reporting, or provision activities.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis, strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
• Bonus: Experience using OneSource tax software, knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax regulations, experience supporting multinational tax reporting activities, and familiarity with account reconciliations and tax provision processes.
