What You’ll Actually Do
• Tax Preparation: Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Accounting Support: Support quarterly and annual accounting tasks feeding into tax preparation.
• Information Management: Review prior returns and documents to gather and organize missing information.
• Data Recording: Record tax data with accuracy, noting potential connections across entities.
• Tax Estimation: Assist in calculating quarterly and annual estimated tax liabilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. This is an Entry-Level position.
• Experience: Basic understanding of accounting and tax principles.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with numbers and documentation, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn tax preparation software and ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and seek feedback to improve work.
