The TL;DR

• Location: In-person – US (relocation required)

• Team: Cement Commercial division
• Mission: To provide recent graduates with comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience across Cement Commercial operations, preparing them for future leadership.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Safety Excellence: Promote and adhere to Cemex’s safety standards across commercial activities, customer visits, terminals, plants, and operational environments.
• Rotational Learning: Participate in a structured rotational program to gain exposure to key areas of Cement Commercial operations, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Pricing.
• Customer & Market Development: Gain a strong understanding of the cement business, customer segments, and market dynamics to support customer relationship management and identify growth opportunities.
• Business Analytics & Commercial Excellence: Develop analytical skills by evaluating sales performance, market trends, and pricing strategies to support decision-making and recommend actions.
• Skill Development: Build technical and professional competencies through on-the-job experiences, formal training, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent bachelor’s degree in Business Admin/Business Management, Sales Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Previous experience gained through internships, co-op programs, or university projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in analytical and presentation skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Bonus: A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
