Talent Development Lead | WSP Global
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at WSP Global, located in Santiago, Chile. WSP Global is a professional services company focused on engineering and design across various sectors. This role is crucial for developing and implementing talent and learning initiatives across the Latin America and Caribbean region, ensuring employees have the skills needed for both global projects and local needs.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Lead the design and execution of global talent development projects with alignment to regional needs.
• Team Management: Manage and coach a team of Learning and Development Specialists across multiple countries in LAC.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs analysis and develop tailored learning solutions for diverse employee groups.
• Program Delivery: Oversee the development and delivery of leadership training programs using blended learning methods.
• Program Evaluation: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of learning programs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. This is a Lead-level role in Talent Development.
• Experience: Proven experience in a professional services environment. Demonstrated ability to lead global projects and implement strategies locally. Experience managing and developing high-performing L&D teams.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, proficiency in data analysis to inform learning strategies, experience in instructional design and training delivery, proficiency in MS Office and Oracle Cloud.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology, experience in change management and process improvement, familiarity with global learning and development trends and technologies, experience with HR Technologies and LMS such as Hive and online learning platforms such as Cornerstone, ability to influence senior leaders and drive cultural change, experience in designing scalable learning solutions across geographies.
