Survey Services Intern

Gain valuable hands-on experience working directly with our skilled Survey team. You’ll contribute to diverse projects including:

  • Boundary and topographic surveying
  • Industrial metrology
  • Underground utility location
  • And more!

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as an Instrument Operator, working as a second person on a two-person crew.
  • Complete various kinds of land surveys.
  • Gain experience with cutting-edge technology, including:
    • 3D Laser Scanners
    • Robotic Total Stations
    • GPS
    • AutoCAD
    • Drones
    • Airborne LiDAR

This opportunity is available at our Latham, Poughkeepsie, and Syracuse offices.

Pay Range:

$19.00 – $20.00 per hour

Eligibility:

  • Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Local and out of town travel will be required.
  • Any student in any year of a surveying degree program will be considered.
