Support Products Analyst | The Amatriot Group

The Tone:
This is a full-time, entry-level role at The Amatriot Group, located in Monrovia, CA, with one day per week onsite. The company operates within a space operations environment, supporting critical mission events and schedule execution. This position is vital for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of mission-critical files and support products. The role is designed for someone who is highly detail-oriented and disciplined, eager to learn, and committed to accuracy.

• Mission: Ensures the accuracy and reliability of support products and mission-critical files for space operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Support: Prepare, handle, and deliver support products and mission-critical files required to configure spacecraft-related systems and tools.
• Request Processing: Process inbound requests, translate requirements, and deliver accurate outputs by following established procedures.
• Information Management: Utilize internal tools, file systems, and documentation to retrieve information, validate inputs and outputs, and confirm products are ready for operational use.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with various teams across the organization, including operations, scheduling, engineering, and system administration, to gather necessary inputs, track progress, and resolve any gaps.
• Deliverable Management: Maintain high accuracy in managing time-sensitive and high-visibility deliverables during critical mission windows and document work for disciplined operational handoffs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s degree preferred for entry level OR Associate’s degree with active pursuit of a Bachelor’s.
• Experience: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, disciplined and process-oriented approach, ability to follow procedures consistently.
• Bonus: Internship, academic, or early-career experience in operations, scheduling, engineering support, IT, or technical programs; exposure to technical documentation, file configuration workflows, or operational readiness processes; interest in space missions / aerospace operations / mission support environments.
