What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Support the preparation, handling, and delivery of support products and mission-critical files used to configure spacecraft-related systems and tools.
• Process: Process inbound requests, translate requirements, and follow established procedures to investigate, validate, and deliver accurate outputs.
• Coordinate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, scheduling, and engineering to gather inputs, track progress, and resolve gaps.
• Maintain: Ensure high accuracy when managing time-sensitive and high-visibility deliverables during critical mission windows.
• Document: Document work, track status, and ensure clean handoffs as part of a disciplined operational workflow, including participating in non-traditional hours when critical events require.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum Associate’s degree with active pursuit of a Bachelor’s; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. This is an entry-level role supporting a space operations environment.
• Experience: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook. Demonstrated ability to accurately manage files, tasks, and priorities.
• Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational skills for managing tasks and files. Effective interpersonal communication for cross-departmental collaboration. Ability to consistently follow established processes and procedures. Dependable and eager to learn in a high-accountability environment.
• Bonus: Internship, academic, or early-career experience in operations, scheduling, engineering support, IT, or technical programs. Exposure to technical documentation, file configuration workflows, or operational readiness processes. An interest in space missions, aerospace operations, or mission support environments.
