Job Description: Support & Administrative Operations Intern
This is an unpaid internship (college credit only) offering flexible hours between 7 AM and 5 PM PST. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys maintaining organization and smooth workflow within a team environment. The role involves supporting cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records through data entry.
• Client Support: Assisting the client manager with customer service tasks and responding to inbound inquiries.
• Project Support: Collaborating with the project manager to track project timelines and generate reports.
• Operational Support: Contributing to daily operational tasks, workflow improvements, and special projects.
Qualifications:
• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university is mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.
• Personal computer and reliable internet access are necessary.
