Job Description

Role Title: Supply Planning Co-op

Work Period: January 2026 through June 2026

Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA, with the remaining days worked remotely. No relocation or housing assistance is provided.

Compensation Range: Ranges from $25/hr – $34/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with the candidate’s educational level at the time of hire.

About the Role:
The Supply Planning Co-op role is within the Global Supply Planning team, focused on solving real-world operational challenges and impacting the company on a global scale. This position is ideal for individuals energized by working with data, collaborating across functions, and driving results in a fast-paced, innovative organization where supply chain decisions directly shape business success. The co-op will help ensure products are available at the right place and time to meet customer needs and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities include supporting inventory fulfillment strategies, monitoring supply continuity, and partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve high service levels and inventory optimization. It offers hands-on experience in end-to-end inventory planning and development of core supply chain skills in a high-growth, consumer-driven company.

Key Responsibilities (Exciting things you’ll get to do):
• Purchase Order Management:
• Category SKU replenishment.
• Weekly PO management review to adjust for changes in demand and/or supply capacity.
• NPD (New Product Development) inventory positioning and fulfillment.
• Inventory Portfolio Reviews:
• Determine necessary DC (Distribution Center) inventory balancing.
• Inventory conversions.
• Excess inventory depletion requirements.
• Inventory Portfolio Master Data Maintenance:
• Item parameters review and updates.
• Review of Inventory Metrics:
• Plan for corrective actions.
• Participate in weekly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings:
• Use outputs to reposition inventory levels where required.
• Creating & Maintaining Various Reports:
• As needed.

Attributes & Skills (Requirements):
• Education: Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelor’s program, or currently enrolled in a master’s program.
• Schedule: Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA.
• Analytical & Problem Solving Skills: Strong abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
• Structured & Consistent: Required to sustain the weekly order management process.
• Learning Capacity: Ability to learn and navigate through new applications quickly and efficiently.
• Time Management: Ability to multi-task and time manage independently.
• Communication: Ability to seamlessly communicate and elevate any issues that require attention and corrective actions.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, specifically in Excel.
