What You’ll Actually Do
• Supplier Engagement: Run meetings with suppliers to review overdue orders and establish clear delivery schedules.
• Performance Improvement: Work with Supply Management personnel to monitor, measure, and define corrective actions to improve supplier performance.
• Issue Resolution: Continuously analyze and resolve past due orders, proactively communicating supply issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Payment Facilitation: Resolve shipping and receiving issues to ensure timely payment to suppliers.
• Process Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues and improve overall processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, or Supply Management discipline. Candidates with equivalent professional work experience in a relevant field will also be considered. This is an early career opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to supply chain planning.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in communicating with external suppliers, reviewing order status, and developing delivery solutions is essential. Experience in analyzing and resolving past due orders, as well as addressing shipping and receiving discrepancies, is highly valued.
• Skills: Strong and effective communication abilities are vital for engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Candidates must possess the capability to multi-task and efficiently organize shifting priorities. A keen ability to analyze information from diverse sources and align urgency with action is also required, along with the capacity to work in a fast-paced team environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, including Word and Excel, is necessary for daily tasks.
