Position Summary:
The Supply Clerk is an entry-level member of our supply team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, primarily responsible for receiving and accurately fulfilling supply requests for all GFI customers and supporting our other branch locations.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily Duties:
- Accurately fill supply requests for all GFI Customers and other branch locations.
- Ship supplies on a daily basis, ensuring timely delivery.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate supply inventories.
- Confront and address all supply issues promptly and effectively.
- Receive incoming supplies, verifying accuracy against orders.
- Rotate stock to ensure proper inventory management and prevent obsolescence.
Planning:
- Meet regularly with the Parts/Supply Supervisor to strategically order supplies for stock.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to order necessary supplies and obtain estimated times of arrival (ETAs).
- Conduct weekly random inventory counts, utilizing count sheets provided by the Parts/Supply Supervisor, to ensure inventory accuracy.
Customer Service:
- Address all customer issues quickly, professionally, and without bias, striving for immediate resolution.
- Assist the Service Department with customer-related supply issues, providing necessary support.
- Exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing GFI Digital positively.
- Maintain productive, professional relationships with all GFI employees, customers, and vendors.
- Support all company policies and decisions, upholding GFI Digital’s values and standards.
Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:
Knowledge:
- This position requires a basic understanding of a warehouse environment, including organization and safety protocols.
- Must also possess basic computer knowledge for inventory management and communication.
Skills:
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with colleagues and customers.
- Demonstrated accuracy skills are essential for filling orders and managing inventory.
- Strong organizational skills are required to maintain an efficient and well-ordered supply area.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building positive working relationships.
- Exceptional customer service skills for addressing client needs professionally.

- Ability to meet deadlines consistently, ensuring timely supply fulfillment and shipping.
