Supply Chain Management Development Program 2027 | GALLO

The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational program at GALLO, available in a hybrid telecommute model requiring residence within commutable distance. GALLO is a family-owned company with over 90 years of history, recognized for its workplace culture and its extensive portfolio of over 130 alcohol beverage brands, including top U.S. wine and spirits like Barefoot Wine and High Noon. What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Experience: Gain hands-on experience and build a broad understanding of business operations across typical rotations such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Data Management, and Distributor Services.
• Project Contribution: Contribute to meaningful projects, administer programs and processes, and actively support operational goals.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate across functions to identify opportunities for improvement and participate in initiatives that enhance efficiency and business performance.
• Skill Enhancement: Develop analytical, technical, and leadership capabilities while upholding standards for quality, safety, and operational excellence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Operations Management; or possessing a Bachelor’s degree plus successful completion of a Gallo internship in Supply Chain or Operations.
• Experience: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary; ability to travel up to 5% to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for various business needs; must be 18 years or older.
• Skills: Strong analytical, technical, and leadership capabilities; excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities; impeccable attention to detail; a passion for processes, systems, and continuous improvement.
• Bonus: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree specifically in Supply Chain or Operations Management; previous internships or experiences in Supply Chain or Operations; advanced experience in data analytic tools such as SQL or Tableau; experience gathering requirements and designing data and information solutions to meet business needs; a proven record of delivering small and medium analytical solutions with business impact.
