This is a full-time development program at Land O’Lakes, Inc., located in Arden Hills, MN. This program is designed to provide leadership development while building in-depth knowledge of Commodity Markets & Trading. It offers invaluable experience within the company’s Feed Sourcing Team, preparing participants for future roles.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Leadership: Engage in structured activities and experiences designed to foster leadership capabilities.
• Build Expertise: Acquire extensive depth and knowledge in Commodity Markets and Trading practices.
• Program Participation: Actively complete a 12 to 18-month comprehensive development program.
• Team Contribution: Apply learned skills and insights directly within the operations of the Feed Sourcing Team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an expected graduation date of winter 2026 or spring 2027; Entry-Level career status.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership in school, academic, or industry-related clubs; Successfully completed the Land O’Lakes Summer Internship Program.
• Skills: Analytical and critical thinking skills; Effective interpersonal and collaborative skills; Resourceful and innovative in finding solutions to problems; Demonstrates courage and can lean into the unknown; Flexible and can adapt to changing business surroundings.
