This is a full-time, early career development program based initially in Fort Mill, SC, that requires relocation for various rotations. The TL;DR

• Mission: Develop into a manufacturing leader equipped for a Production Leader position within Schaeffler.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner with a mentor to develop best practices and evolve into a leader at Schaeffler.
• Gain specialized knowledge alongside experts in production management, quality, continuous improvement, logistics, and plant management.
• Participate in training based on the 70:20:10 model, emphasizing hands-on experience, mentoring, and formal instruction.
• Complete all required rotation development milestones throughout the two-year program.
• Prepare for and assume a guaranteed Production Leader position upon successful program graduation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering or Engineering Technology, for an early career leadership development program.
• Experience: At least two rotations of relevant co-ops or internships.
• Skills: Minimum 3.0 GPA; thorough understanding of engineering principles; excellent organization and communication skills; strong Microsoft Office skills; willingness to relocate every 6 months.
• Bonus: Experience in a manufacturing environment; leadership experience or exposure; external applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
