### About the Role
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across various critical aspects of a global supply chain operation. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and support daily operations, all while working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Global Supply Chain Management: Engage in planning, customer support, commercialization of new products, and transportation and logistics on a global scale.
• Process Optimization & Technology: Optimize processes through technology to enhance internal customer care teams, collaborate on modeling and planning efforts, and utilize data to improve operational efficiency.
• Business Support: Support broader business objectives, assist with demand & supply planning, and contribute to data integrity projects.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with numerous manufacturing sites, quality, finance, and sales teams to achieve shared goals.
• Analytical Support: Apply strong analytical and quantitative skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Distribution & Logistics: Support optimization projects and ongoing operations within key Distribution Centers.
• Market & Growth Initiatives: Enable and drive our Go-to-Market Commercialization Projects and assist in acquisition due diligence projects to support business growth.
• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and report monthly on capacity reports and supplier audits, presenting findings to your team and colleagues.

### Qualifications & Skills
We are seeking highly motivated and analytical individuals who are eager to make a tangible impact.
• Education: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Supply Chain, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 – May 2027.
• Academic Standing: A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Analytical Prowess: Demonstrated analytical/quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data, solve problems, and communicate findings effectively.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships, and communicate effectively and professionally to all levels of an organization.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Work Authorization: Legal Authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this role now or in the future.
• Mindset: A curious mindset, eager to learn and contribute.

The compensation for this role is $22 per hour.
