Job Description: Supply Chain Graduate Internship – Technology Enablement & Automation
This 10-12 week summer internship offers an opportunity to join the Technology Enablement & Automation team at AT&T. As an intern, you will:
• Build analytical, financial, and statistical models to evaluate complex data.
• Leverage your software development experience to work on real-world projects.
• Utilize your understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering concepts.
• Gain experience in engineering hardware or firmware.
This is a multi-faceted program where cross-functional collaboration and teamwork are essential. You will be placed within a Supply Chain Technology Enablement & Automation work group that best aligns with your skills and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis and Modeling: Develop analytical models and perform data analysis to evaluate complex data sets.
• Software Development: Contribute to software development projects utilizing modern programming languages such as Java, Python, JSON, AWS, SQL, CSS, Scripting, HTML, R, and SAS.
• Supply Chain & Data Analytics: Gain exposure to Supply Chain and Data Analytics software.
• Workflow Automation: Learn and utilize workflow automation tools such as ServiceNow.
• Project Management: Lead high-impact quality projects (Six Sigma, Lean, TL9000, etc.).
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with vendors and active telecommunication carriers.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate technical subject matter and collaborate with team members across multiple disciplines.
Qualifications:
• Current enrollment in a graduate degree program with an academic concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems and Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant degrees.
• Expected graduation by Spring 2026.
• Experience with modern programming languages: Java, Python, JSON, AWS, SQL, CSS, Scripting, HTML, R, SAS.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (VBA preferred; ability with pivot tables, arrays, and nested-formulas).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Ability to lead high-impact quality projects (Six Sigma, Lean, TL9000, etc.).
• Experience with Supply Chain and Data Analytics software (preferred).
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as ServiceNow (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work on complex issues involving in-depth evaluations of variable factors.
• Proven ability to manage relationships and interactions with a variety of vendors and active telecommunication carriers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
• $80,000 yearly salary.
