About the Job Description: Supervision and Regulation Regional Banking Organization (S&R RBO) Intern
This is a paid, full-time, temporary internship position for college students at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta during the summer months.
Scope of Assignment:
The intern will be joining the Supervision and Regulation Regional Banking Organization team to assist with supervisory programs. The role offers an opportunity to learn about S&R and RBO supervisory programs while contributing to various internal team projects. Key responsibilities include:
• Data analysis and visualization specifically related to issues management.
• Updating templates and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Participation in continuous monitoring activities.
• Involvement in exam activities, if time permits.
Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program for the entire duration of the internship.
• GPA: A minimum cumulative GPA of above 3.0 in an academically rigorous curriculum.
• Commitment: Must be able to work a 40-hour work week for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
• Technical Skills (Preferred): Knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau is preferred.
Preferred Majors:
The Bank specifically seeks students from the following academic backgrounds:
• Finance
• Accounting
• Risk Management
• Economics
