What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Engagement: Participate actively in an 11-week full-time program focused on exploring retail leadership in a real-world setting.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating a friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and passionate approach to interactions.
• Operational Support: Contribute to daily retail operations, working courteously in a multi-functional environment.
• Problem Resolution: Effectively manage and resolve potentially difficult situations, including those involving dissatisfied customers.
• Experience Enhancement: Support efforts to make the retail experience effortless, inspiring, affordable, and personal for customers.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be enrolled in good standing at a college or university, in any major.
• Experience: Must currently be a rising senior or a recent graduate, able to commit to working full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer of 2026, with required travel and occasional evenings and weekends.
• Skills: Possess excellent customer service behaviors, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate capability in dealing with challenging situations.
